SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Order Processing
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 working days after we receive your order and payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or outside business hours will begin processing on the next working day.
Digital products are delivered instantly via email.
Shipping Times
We ship from Lisbon, Portugal.
Europe: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary based on your country’s postal system, customs processes, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.
All costs will be shown before you complete your order.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be responsible for reshipment fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We will review the case and offer the appropriate resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, OPAR Perfumes LDA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders delivered within the EU typically do not incur duties.
Any customs fees or import taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
